摘要
目的探讨医院安全管理的影响因素和对策。方法我院选取2013-2014年,在我院住院治疗的300例患者进行研究,将这300例患者分为两组,对照组和实验组,一组150例。结果将对照组和实验组进行观察对比,采用安全管理护理模式的观察组优于对照组。结论安全管理护理模式可以降低护理问题的重复发生率,提高护理质量。
Objective To explore the influencing factors and Countermeasures of hospital safety management. Methods In our hospital from 2013 to 2014 period,300 cases of patients in our hospital during the study. The 300 patients were divided into two groups,control group and experimental group,a group of 150 people. Results The control group and experimental group were observed and compared,observation group with safety management nursing mode was better than the control group. Conclusion The safety management nursing mode can reduce the recurrence rate of nursing problems and improve the quality of nursing care.
