摘要
目的研究在糖尿病护理管理中应用全程健康教育模式取得的效果和影响。方法选取本院2014年5月-2016年1月120例糖尿病患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为全程组和常规组。对常规组患者进行传统健康教育;全程组则在传统健康教育的基础上给予全程健康教育。观测比较两组患者在施以不同健康教育模式后血糖控制情况。结果进行健康教育后,全程组血糖控制率为95.00%,常规组为81.67%,比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论全程健康教育模式比传统健康教育模式,更有利于患者病情稳定。
Objective To study the effect and influence of the whole course health education model in the management of diabetes nursing. Methods 120 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital from May 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study,and randomly divided into the whole group and the routine group. Traditional health education for the patients in the conventional group,the whole group was given the whole course health education on the basis of traditional health education. Observation and comparison of two groups of patients with different health education model after the blood glucose control. Results After health education,the control rate of blood glucose was 95.00% in the whole course group and 81.67% in the conventional group,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The whole course health education model is better than that of the traditional health education model,which is more conducive to the stability of the patient＇s condition.
