摘要
目的研究支气管动脉栓塞术治疗大咯血的护理效果。方法收集由于大咯血经支气管动脉介入栓塞治疗的患者40例,探究其护理效果。结果治愈16例,显效20例,有效4例,没有严重并发症。结论对由于各种原因导致大咯血并实施支气管动脉介入栓塞治疗,经针对性护理后效果满意。
Objective To study the nursing effect of bronchial artery embolization in the treatment of massive hemoptysis. Methods Chose the large hemoptysis by bronchial artery embolization in 40 patients,to explore the effect of nursing care. Results 16 cases were cured,20 cases markedly effective,4 cases effective,no serious complications. Conclusion In the treatment of massive hemoptysis due to various causes and the implementation of bronchial artery embolization,through targeted nursing has good effect.
