妇科护理管理中风险防范式护理管理的应用价值探析

目的探析妇科护理管理中风险防范式护理管理的应用价值。方法选取2013年6月-2015年10月我院收治的妇科患者84例,将全部患者随机分成两组,分别为治疗组和对照组,每组各42例。对照组采取常规护理方法,治疗组采取风险防范式护理管理方法,比较两组术后护理阶段的风险事故出现率和患者满意率。结果治疗组的护理风险事故出现率低于对照组,结果对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组的满意率高于对照组,结果对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论妇科护理管理中应用风险防范式护理能够避免护理风险,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the value of application of risk prevention nursing management in gynecological nursing management. Methods From June 2013 to October 2015,84 cases of gynecological patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,42 cases in each group. control group was taken about routine nursing method,and treatment group was taken about the risk prevention nursing management method,tocompare the occurrence rate of risk accident and the rate of satisfaction of two groups. Results The occurrence rate of risk accident of treatment group was less than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The rate of satisfaction of treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of risk prevention nursing care in gynecological nursing management has some advantages of effectively avoiding the risk of nursing,improving patients＇ satisfaction and clinical application value.
