早期康复护理干预在脑血管疾病中的应用效果观察

Clinical Application of Nursing Intervention of Early Rehabilitation in Cerebrovascular Disease

目的分析早期康复护理干预在脑血管疾病中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的98例脑血管疾病患者作为研究对象,随机分组,每组各49例患者。常规组实施常规护理,早期护理组于常规组基础上给予早期康复护理干预。观察干预后两组患者肢体运动功能及抑郁发生率。结果干预后,常规组Fugl-Meyer评分远低于早期护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组抑郁发生率(28.6%)高于早期护理组(10.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理干预可改善患者的肢体活动功能,且能降低抑郁发生率。

Objective Analysis of the effect of nursing intervention of early rehabilitation on cerebrovascular disease. Methods 98 cases of patients with cerebrovascular disease in our hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each group. Routine group was taken about routine nursing,the early nursing group,on the basis of routine nursing,was given about nursing intervention of early rehabilitation. To observe the limb motor function and the incidence rate of depression of two groups after the intervention. Results After the intervention,the Fugl-Meyer score of routine group was lower than that of the early nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of depression in the conventional group（28.6%）was higher than that in the early care group（10.2%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention of early rehabilitation can significantly improve the limb function of the patients and can reduce the incidence rate of depression.
