摘要 目的研究匹配厌氧氨氧化的SBR亚硝化反应器快速启动的影响因子,寻求快速稳定的工艺启动条件.方法在序批式活性污泥法(SBR)反应器中,对不同因素条件下氨氮去除率和亚硝态氮累积率的影响进行研究,分别采用纳氏试剂分光光度法和N-(1-萘基)-乙二胺光度法检测NH^+_4-N和NO^-_2-N的变化情况.结果曝气30 min/停曝30 min的间歇曝气方式进行曝气,控制温度在32℃左右,调节pH值在7.5~8.0,减少碳源的投加量有利于SBR亚硝化反应器的启动.结论间歇曝气、pH值和碳源投加量的适宜条件有助于匹配厌氧氨氧化SBR亚硝化反应器快速启动,还具有节能功效. This paper was proposed to study on the impact factors of the rapid startup for ANAMMOX adopting nitrosification in sequencing batch reactor and seek a fast and stable process start condition. The nitrogen removal rate and nitrite accumulation rate influence law of different factors conditions were investigated using the Nessler reagent spectrophotometry N-(1-naphthyl)-ethylenediamine spectrophotometry to detect the changes of NH_4-+- N and NO_2--- N. The results showed that the SBR nitrification reactor startup was accelerated when intermittent aeration was set up to aeration 30 min /stop the aeration 30 min,and temperature was controlled around 32 ℃,and the pH value was adjusted in the range of 7. 5 to 8. 0,and reduced the dosage of the carbon source. Therefore,the impact factors were intermittent aeration,pH value and suitable carbon source that contribute to the rapid startup for ANAMMOX adopting nitrosification in SequencingBatch Reactor with energy-saving effect.
