新常态下民办高校发展的若干思考

Reflections on the Development of Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning under the New Normal

经济新常态必然成为高等教育发展的新逻辑,引领高等教育发展的新趋势。与经济发展相适应,高等教育经过规模扩张和深化改革,也开始呈现自身发展的新常态和新特征。文章归纳高等教育新常态的特征,剖析新常态下民办高校发展的矛盾与挑战,论述新常态下民办高校发展的五大着力点。

The economy new normal will inevitably become the new logic of higher education development, and lead the new de- velopment trend of higher education. Along with economic development, through the expansion and deepening of reform, higher education has begun to show the new normal and new features of its own development. This paper summarizes the characteristics of higher education new normal, analyzes the contradictions and discusses five priorities of development of non-governmental insti- tutions of higher learning under the new normal.
