摘要
本文介绍了国家电网安徽省芜湖市高新区500k W非补燃式压缩空气储能发电示范项目的组成,对回热系统的关键设备——换热器,进行建模分析。在换热器的控制中引入模糊控制,并运用Matlab模糊逻辑工具箱对模糊推理系统进行设计。运用Simulink设计模糊PID控制器,并进行仿真,得出引入模糊控制后系统的阶跃响应曲线。结果表明模糊PID控制与传统PID控制相比,超调更小,精度更高,稳定速度更快,可以达到预期的恒温输出,可以有效提高换热率,减少能量损失。
The 500 k W non-afterburning consisting of compressed air energy storage power generation demonstration projects located in Wuhu city of Anhui province is introduced in the paper which is established by national grid. As the key equipment in thermodynamic system, the heat exchanger is modeled and analyzed. Combined with PID control, the fuzzy control is used in the control of heat exchanger. Fuzzy logical system is designed by fuzzy logic toolbox of Matlab. Using the Simulink of Matlab, the fuzzy PID control model is established and the step response curve of the system is obtained. Compared with traditional PID control, the fuzzy PID control is more faster, more stable and more higher. The temperature is stability controlled. The heat transfer rate is effectively improved and the energy loss is reduced.
