摘要 采用UCC28950设计了全桥移相变换器变换器,实现了超前桥臂、滞后臂的零电压开关(ZVS),具有结构简单、占空比丢失较小、软开关较容易实现等特点。首先全面分析了次变换器的工作原理、讨论实现软开关的条件,设计了主要参数,然后利用PSIM仿真软件对电路进行仿真,最后通过实际设计的5k W大功率AC/DC开关电源变换器,验证了参数设计合理。 Used UCC28950 to designing phase-shifted full-bridge converter transformer, achieved the leading-leg and the lagging-led zero voltage switching, which the structure was simple and duty cycle loss was small and the soft switching was easy to implement and so on. First, it was analyzed its principle from all around, and discussed the condition of achieving soft switching designs the main parameters, then was simulated it by using PSIM software. The results prove that parameters are designed reasonably to actual design of 5kW high-power AC/DC switching power converter.
