广东“十三五”电源规划研究

Research on Power Source Planning of Guangdong Province in the 13th Five-year Plan Period

"十三五"是广东电力转变发展方式、优化电源结构与布局的重要机遇期,在面临经济发展方式转型、可再生能源消纳规模不断扩大、生态环境约束逐步增强的新发展时期,科学合理的电源规划工作十分重要。基于此,提出了广东电源优选方案及电源实际进度方案,研究了电源规划优化方法,并对两类规划方案技术经济进行对比。研究表明,电源优选方案将会给电网建设、调度运行、全社会资源配置等方面带来显著的社会经济效益。

The 13 th five-year plan period is the important opportunity time for Guangdong electric power transferring development mode,optimizing power source structure and layout.In the new development period of transformation of economic development mode,gradual expansion of absorptive scale of renewable energy source and progressive enhancement of ecological environment constraint,it is very important to scientifically and reasonably implement power source planning.Therefore,this paper proposes optimization scheme for Guangdong power source and actual schedule planning,studies optimization methods for power source planning and compares two kinds of planning schemes in technique and economy aspects.Research indicates that the optimization scheme for power source may produce obvious social and economic benefits for power grid construction,dispatching operation,social resources configuration,and so on.
