南京某保障性住房室内自然通风模拟分析

摘要 文章基于计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法,在夏季、过渡季和冬季典型室外环境下,对南京某保障性住房典型户室内自然通风情况进行模拟。结果表明:该保障性住房在3个季节均室内空气流动状况良好,"穿堂风"效应较显著;夏季、过渡季和冬季的室内平均风速分别在0.9m/s、0.5m/s和0.8m/s左右,空气龄平均值分别为30s、200s和80s;室内自然通风的各项指标均达到《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T50378-2014)中的相关要求。 In this paper, computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method is used to simulate the flowing status of indoor air in a typical room in indemnificatory housing in Nan Jing when in summer, transition season and winter typical outdoor environment. The results show that in those typical outdoor environment, indoor air flow is in good condition and "cross-ventilation" effect is significant;the indoor average wind speed are 0.9m/s,0.5m/s and 0.8m/s respectively; the mean age of air are 30 s,200s and 80 s respectively;Natural ventilation index achieve the relevant requirements in 《green building evaluation standard》(GB/T50378-2014).
