A Tentative Discussion of the Legislature of the Overall National Security Concept

习近平总书记所倡导的总体国家安全观,代表着当代中国国家安全观发展演变的最新成果,将在相当长的一段时期内指导中国特色国家安全道路进程。而以《国家安全法》《反间谍法》等为核心的国家安全法律体系的重构,始终围绕并服务于总体国家安全观的精神实质和长远诉求,这种政策的法治化既是因应复杂严峻国家安全形势的重大举措,也是对"四个全面"战略布局的彰显与贯彻。

The overall national security concept posed by the general secretary Xi Jin-ping represents the latest achievements of the development of China＇s national security concept,and will guide the process of national security with Chinese characteristics for a fairly long period. The reconstruction of national security legal system with ＂The National Security Law＂and ＂the Anti-Espionage Act＂as the core focuses on and serves the spiritual essence and long-term demands of the overall national security concept. This policy is not only a response to the major initiatives of complex and serious national security situation,but also an implementation of the ＂four comprehensives＂strategy.
