摘要
恐怖主义犯罪是以恐怖的暴力手段实施的,有一定的政治和宗教目的的,使社会中不特定多数人产生心理恐惧和不安全感的犯罪活动。恐怖主义犯罪有其特殊的心理特征,表现为犯罪主体恐怖分子认知上的偏执,意识痴迷,归因偏差;情绪、情感上的仇恨心理,易激惹性,情感缺失;意志上的坚韧性和残忍性;此外还有一定的群体特征和行为特征。可以通过纠正错误认知、弥补情感缺失和加强重点人群的防范等方面有效地防范和打击恐怖主义犯罪。
Terrorist crimes,which may generate the emotion of fear and insecurity among most people in society,are criminal activities that are implemented by means of terrorist violence and usually with certain political and religious purposes. Terrorism crimes have special psychological features,including paranoia,consciousness of obsession,deviation of emotions,irascibility,emotional deficiency,tough and cruel mind,and particular group and behavior characteristics. Prevention of,crack down on,terrorist crimes are possible by correcting mistaken cognition and emotional deficiency of particular groups and individuals.
