AA6016-T4铝合金板冲裁断面质量试验研究

摘要 研究了AA6016-T4铝合金板在不同冲裁工艺参数下的断面质量。试验获得了4种冲裁模刃口圆角半径、6种冲裁角度以及5种冲裁间隙下的冲裁断面。通过观察其毛刺高度和光亮带比例的变化,分析了3个因素对断面质量的交互影响。研究发现:与钢板冲裁不同,冲裁角度对AA6016-T4铝合金板的冲裁断面质量影响显著;冲裁口圆角半径的增大会导致毛刺高度和光亮带比例均增加;冲裁间隙的增大会导致毛刺高度增加而对光亮带比例的影响较小。给出了AA6016-T4铝合金板的最优冲裁工艺参数。 To study cutting surface quality of AA6016-T4 aluminum alloy after trimming process,experiments including four kinds of cutting edge radius,six kinds of cutting angles and five kinds of cutting clearances were performed and then the relationships between cutting surface quality and the above three kinds of process parameters were analyzed by comparing the burr height and the burnish depth ratio.The results show that different to traditional steel trimming,cutting surface quality of the AA6016-T4 aluminum alloy is highly affected by the cutting angle;the burnish depth ratio and the burr height both increase as the blade edge radius increases;the burr height increases with increasing cutting clearance,while the burnish depth is insensitive to the cutting clearance.Finally,a series of parameters suitable for industrial production are determined.
