摘要
以塑料机壳为研究对象,依据工艺要求和塑件结构特点设计了点浇口三板式模具。为保证塑件的成型,设计了侧抽芯机构、推出机构和冷却水路。整套模具结构合理,动作可靠,生产精度高。
According to process requirements and structure feature of the plastic shell,a three-plate mould has been designed with a pin-point gate.For better product quality,special focus was put on the side core-pulling structure,the ejecting structure,as well as the cooling system.The designed mould set was of reasonable structure,reliable action and high production accuracy.
