摘要
通过实际的案例,在设计层面运用Autoform和ThinkDesign软件,对电动汽车高强度地板纵梁拉延后起皱进行了详细的分析、论述并制定解决方案,同时对零件的回弹进行了行之有效的回弹补偿处理,最后通过实践结果验证了理论方案的可行性。
This paper provides drawing wrinkle and springback analysis for the electric vehicle's main floor bolster,material of which is the high-strength steel,by using Autoform and ThinkDesign software in the design.Solution for the drawing wrinkle was developed and springback compensation was conducted.Practical results demonstrated the validity of the theoretic solution.
