摘要
冲模调试分为冲模的制造调试和冲模的使用调试。介绍了冲模的制造调试准备、注意事项和调试的顺序。分析了冲压件破裂、皱纹以及表面凸凹、划痕、波纹等缺陷产生的原因,并提出了解决方法。通过试模和调整,初步提供产品的成形条件及技术规程,确定前一道工序的毛坯准备尺寸,验证模具质量及精度,并作为交付生产的依据。
Die debugging is divided into manufacture debugging and use debugging.The preparation,precautions and order of manufacturing debugging are introduced.The causes of defects,such as rupture,wrinkles,convex and concave surface,scratches and ripple,are analyzed,and solutions are proposed.Through the testing and adjusting of dies,the forming conditions and technical code of product are preliminarily provided,the blank size is determined,and the die quality and precision are verified,which provide the basis of production delivery.
