摘要
中国经济已从高速增长进入到"常态增长"的阶段。在经济新常态下,产业结构优化与就业结构的扩大是浙江省经济工作的重要任务,产业结构与就业结构两者的协调发展将促进经济的发展。文章采用产业结构偏离度和灰色关联度,实证分析浙江省产业结构与就业结构的协调性,并分析其特点:浙江省产业结构与就业结构演变趋势符合一般发展规律;浙江省产业结构与就业结构确实存在关联性,但三次产业结构与就业结构存在不同程度的不协调,表现为就业结构的变动滞后于产业结构的演变。
China's economy has transited from high speed growth to "normal growth" stage. Under the new normal economy, the optimization of industrial and employment structures is still an important task of economic work for Zhejiang province, and the coordination of the two will promote economic development. This paper uses structure deviation and the degree of gray correlation to analyze the coordination of the industrial and employment structures in Zhejiang province. The results show the following characteristics : ( 1 ) the evolution trend of the industrial and employment structures in Zhejiang province conforms to the general law of development; (2) there is a correlation between the industrial structure and employment structure, but they have different degrees of inconsistence showing that the change of employment structure lags behind the evolution of industrial structure.
