田间孢子捕捉及自动计数设计 被引量:1

摘要 将孢子捕捉系统置于田间并运行,通过吸风口吸收空气中的孢子使其吸附在电控旋转盘上的培养皿中,转动旋转盘使培养皿移至系统显微镜下,利用CCD相机获取显微镜下的孢子图像,并通过远程传输模块发送到实验室PC机并保存。基于Lab VIEW软件平台设计图像处理程序,先后对图像进行灰度化、二值化、形态学、特征提取匹配等处理,实现孢子的自动计数。该设计较传统的孢子捕捉计数更加的简便、准确、高效,并可实现田间实验的无人值守。 The spore trapping system is placed in the field and running, the spores in the air are absorbed by the rotating fan, so that it enters the passage through the suction inlet and is absorbed in the culture dish on the electronic controlled rotating plate, rotate the rotating plate to move the culture dish to the system microscope, to collect the spore image in the microsope with CCD camera, and sends to the laboratory PC machine through the remote transmission module and saves. Image processing based on LabVIEW software platform, successively to gray image, binarization and morphology, feature extraction and matching, such as processing, realize auto- matic counting of spores. The design is more simple, accurate and efficient than the traditional spore trapping and counting, and can realize the unmanned duty of field experiment.
