骨髓间充质干细胞修复急性肺损伤气血屏障的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 急性肺损伤(acute lung injury,ALI)以及它的危重形式—急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratiory distress syndrome,ARDS),是由感染、氧中毒及机械刺激等多种原因引起的肺部弥散性损害,以顽固性低氧血症、呼吸窘迫、肺顺应性下降和弥散性渗出为主要特征,典型病理改变是因气血屏障受损,导致广泛严重的肺泡损害和间质性肺水肿,肺泡腔内可见大量炎性细胞浸润,目前尚无特异有效的治疗方法,
