摘要
目的:制备人参糖蛋白肠溶微丸并观察其镇痛作用。方法:采用离心式制丸机将人参糖蛋白制备成肠溶微丸;分别测定此微丸在人工胃液与人工肠液中1 h的溶解特性;通过小鼠醋酸扭体实验,观察微丸的镇痛作用。结果:微丸在人工胃液中溶解度较低,在人工肠液中溶解度较高。微丸在口服给药剂量为400 mg/kg,口服给药2 h后达到最佳镇痛效果。结论:人参糖蛋白肠溶微丸达到了在人工胃液中少溶,在人工肠液中大部分溶解的预期效果,且口服后具有较好的镇痛作用。
Objective: To prepare Ginseng glycoprotein enteric coated pellets and observe its analgesic effect. Methods: Ginseng glycoprotein enteric coated pellets were prepared by centrifugal pelleting machine,the dissolution characteristics 1 h of the coated pellets in artificial gastric and intestinal juice were analyzed,and the analgesic effect of the enteric coated pellets was observed by acetic acid writhing test in mice. Results: The coated pellets which prepared in this study,showed low solubility in artificial gastric juice and high solubility in artificial intestinal juice. The results of the pharmacological experiment indicated that the enteric coated pellets showed the best analgesic effect 2 h after oral administration at the dose of 400 mg / kg. Conclusion: Ginseng glycoprotein enteric coated pellets achieved the desired effect which the coated pellets dissolved little in artificial gastric juice,and dissolved in artificial intestinal juice,and it showed good analgesic effect by oral administration.
