白芍不同炮制品芍药苷含量测定及其镇痛作用的比较研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的:测定白芍不同炮制品中芍药苷的含量并比较其镇痛作用。方法:采用薄层扫描法对芍药生品、酒制、麸炒、醋制及炒黄品进行芍药苷含量测定,同时采用小鼠扭体法进行镇痛实验。结果:白芍不同炮制品中芍药苷含量均低于生品,而镇痛作用均强于生品。结论:白芍不同炮制品的镇痛作用与芍药苷含量没有相关性。 Objective: To study the influence of different processing methods on Paoniflorin content and analgesic effect of Radix Paeoniae alba. Methods: TLC method was adopted to determine the paeoniflorin content in Radix Paeoniae alba. The analgesic effect was assessed by writhing test in mice. Results: The paeoniflorin content in Radixpaeoniae alba without processing was the highest,that was higher than that of the other processed products; but the products processed by different methods showed stronger analgesic effect than that without processing. Conclusion: There was no relationship between the paeoniflorin content and the analgesic effect in the different processed products of Radix Paeoniae alba.
