摘要
以牌号为2J85的Fe-Cr-Co合金为研究对象,系统考察了固溶处理冷却液的种类及磁场热处理过程中防氧化处理对合金显微组织和磁性能的影响.结果表明,合金固溶处理后以盐水作为冷却液时,经过磁场热处理与多级时效后显示出更好的磁性能,其矫顽力达到=603.7 Oe.此外,热处理前在工件表面涂覆防氧化涂层也可一定程度地提高硬磁性能.
This paper investigates the influences of the coolant type of solid solution and antioxidation during the thermal magnetic treatment on the microstructure and magnetic properties of 2J85 Fe-Cr-Co alloy. The results show that when the alloy is treated by solid solution, thermal magnetic and multi-step aging exhibits better magnetic properties when saline water is used as the solution coolant. Consequently, coercivity() of as high as 603.7 Oe can be obtained in thus treated samples. In addition, the hard magnetic properties can also be improved to some extent by coating an antioxidative coating on the surface of samples.
