肺癌患者术后康复效果的影响因素及针对性护理干预的效果

Influence factors on Posto Perative rehabilitation of lung cancer surgery Patients and the efficacy of targeted nursing intervention

目的探讨肺癌患者术后康复效果的影响因素以及针对性护理干预的效果。方法选取2012年2月至2014年2月间收治的128例肺癌手术患者,根据入院先后顺序随机分为试验组和对照组,每组64例。试验组患者在常规护理基础上给予针对性护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理。分析影响患者术后康复效果的因素,比较护理干预后两组患者的并发症及生活质量。结果年龄≤68岁、吸烟指数≤400和未合并重要器官基础疾病患者的住院时间、自行排痰时间和术后10d生活质量情况,分别优于年龄>68岁、吸烟指数>400和合并重要器官基础疾病患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理干预后,试验组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且生活质量情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者年龄>68岁、吸烟指数>400支/年且合并重要器官基础疾病均为影响患者术后康复的因素,针对性给予相应护理对策,可以减少患者术后并发症,加快患者术后康复,提高患者生活质量。

Methods From Febuary 2012 to Febuary 2014 in Hainan Nongken Nada Hos Pital,128 cases of lung cancer surgery Patients were enrolled in the study and dividied into the ex Perimental grou P and the control grou P according to admission order,with64 cases in each grou P. Tha Patients in the ex Perimental grou P acce Pted targeted nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing and those in the control grou P acce Pted given routine nursing. The influence factors about Posto Perative rehabilitation were analyzed and com Plications and life quality after nursing intervention of Patients were com Pared between the two grou Ps. Results Length of hos Pital stay,ex Pectoration drainage time,quality of life 10 d after the o Perations in the age ≤68 yr grou P,smoking index ≤400 grou P and not merger based disease Patients vital organs were res Pectively better than those of age〉 68 yr grou P,smoking index 〉400 grou P and merger based disease Patients vital organs, all with significant differences（ P〈 0. 05）. After nursing intervention,com Plication incidence of the ex Perimental grou P was significantly lower than that of the control grou P（ P〈 0. 05）,and the quality of life was significantly better than that of the control grou P（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Older than 68 yr,smoking index of more than 400,merger of im Portant organs basic diseases were the influencing factors of Patients with Posto Perative rehabilitation. So it is im Portant to evaluate Patients＇ clinical data and give corres Ponding nursing countermeasures,in order to reduce Posto Perative com Plications Patients,s Peed u P the Patients with Posto Perative recovery and imProve the Patient＇s life quality.
