护理干预对宫颈癌患者放疗后生活质量的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy

目的探讨护理干预对宫颈癌放疗后患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2010年8月至2013年8月间收治的108例宫颈癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为综合护理组(68例)和常规护理组(40例)。综合护理组患者接受系统心理护理、家庭阴道冲洗、性康复指导等护理。常规护理组患者接受常规护理干预,比较两组患者的各项指标。结果综合护理组患者护理后,躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情感功能、社会功能和整体生活质量评分显著优于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。综合护理组患者性欲、性生活恢复时间、性爱抚和性生活满意度显著优于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌放疗患者进行综合护理干预,可显著提高性生活质量,显著改善生活质量和心理状态,减轻阴道黏膜损伤,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the influence of nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy. Methods The 108 patients with cervical cancer from August 2010 to August 2013 in Baoji Centre Hospital were selected and randomly divided into comprehensive nursing group（ n = 68） and routine nursing group（ n = 40）. Patients in comprehensive nursing group were given psychological care,family nursing vagina washing and sexual rehabilitation guidance; patients in routine nursing group were given routine nursing intervention. The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function,social function and overall quality of life of the patients of comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher than those of the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. The recovery time of sexual desire,sexual life,sexual love,sexual life satisfaction in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher than that in the conventional nursing group,with statistical difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy can significantly improve the quality of sexual life,improve the quality of life and psychological state,reduce the vaginal mucosa damage. It is worthy of clinical application.
