关于高校学科建设问题的思考

Reflections on discipline construction in institutions of higher education

随着中国加入 WTO以后对外开放的日益扩大和加深 ,农业发展进入了一个新阶段 ,中国农业教育特别是高等农业教育如何调整教育结构、产业结构、人才结构 ,出效益、出成果、出人才是一个值得思考的问题。高等农业院校要迎接挑战 ,必须以学科建设为龙头 ,加大人才培养力度 ,体现特色 ,突出优势 ,提高内涵 ,才能实现跨越式发展。

With the expansion and the deeping of opening to the outside world after China's WTO entry,agriculture development in China is now entering a new stage.Agricultural eduction,especiall agricultural education in colleges and universities,is now facing problems with regard to the restructing of education system and industries,and the renovation of talent struction.How to get benefits,achievements and foster first class talents is a heated topic.In order to face the new challenge,agricultural institutions of higher education should set discipline construction as the leading task,strengthen talent cultivation,stress characteristics and superiority.Thus,the leaping development could be realized.
