不同防护碳纤维复合材料层合板雷击后的轴向压缩试验 被引量:4

摘要 针对不同防护措施下的典型碳纤维复合材料层合板,在其雷击损伤后开展轴向压缩试验研究。试验件分为没有防护措施、局部喷铝防护和全喷铝防护三类。分别对试验件进行轴向压缩试验直至其失去承载能力,记录其最大破坏载荷,并将试验结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:防护层能起到很好的雷击防护效果,且全喷铝涂层的雷击防护效果最好。跟没有防护措施的试验件相比,全喷铝防护的试验件压缩强度提高了37.84%。 For typical carbon fiber composite laminates with different protective measures,an axial compression test was carried out after lightning strike.Laminate samples were divided into three groups according to the protection types,namely with no protective measures,with partial-sprayed aluminum coating protective measures and with full-sprayed aluminum coating protective measures.Corresponding maximum failure loads of the three protective types under the same lighting strike were recorded and comparatively analyzed.Research results show that the protective coatings can play agood role of protection,and the protection effect of the full-sprayed aluminum coating is the best.As compared with the no protective type,the failure load of the full-sprayed aluminum coating increases 37.84%.
