概述支气管哮喘中医辨证分型及疗效评价的量化研究

Research Progress on Quantitive Study and Therapeutic Evaluation of Bronchial Asthma Based on Syndrome Differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine

支气管哮喘是一种影响全球的疾病,它给患者及其家庭带来了巨大的经济和精神负担。中医通过四诊信息对支气管哮喘进行辨证分型,通过治疗以缓解症状,提高患者生活质量,形成了自身独特的优势。但目前业内仍然缺乏哮喘规范化中医辨证分型和疗效评价标准。本文基于支气管哮喘研究的相关文献,从哮喘辨证分型的现状、哮喘辨证分型的客观化研究、哮喘中医疗效评价的客观化研究等方面进行综述,以期为明确支气管哮喘的诊断与治疗提供参考。

Bronchial asthma（BA） has great impacts and brings enormous economic and mental strains to patients and their families in the world. Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） is unique and superior in the area of treatments based on syndrome differentiation for BA patients through collecting their four diagnostic information, which considerably reliefs their symptoms and promotes their life quality. However, the standard TCM syndrome differentiation and the efficiency evaluation on BA have remained to be improved. In this review, the progress on the researches for BA has been summarized via literature study, elucidating the current state of syndrome differentiation study, objective differentiation, and therapeutic evaluation for BA in TCM, in hoping of providing referential data for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
