应用网络药理学方法研究藏成药干预HAPC机制的模式探讨 被引量:1

摘要 高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)属于藏医多血症范畴,在高原地区发病率高,严重危害人体健康。藏医治疗"隆"、"血"紊乱引起的HAPC疗效确切,三果汤散具有平衡隆、血作用,是藏医干预HAPC的要方。目前,藏成药干预HAPC整体药效机制尚不明确,本研究利用网络药理学方法,通过Pub Med、OMIM等数据库及Cytoscape软件,构建三果汤散主要活性成分群,对HPAC的相关网络模型,旨在获得该方有效成分群干预HAPC主要生物学通路和关键靶标,揭示三果汤散调和HAPC"隆"、"血"机制及治疗HAPC多血症的科学内涵,为高原病藏成药现代化研发提供有益参考。 High altitude polycythemia(HAPC), belonging to Tibetan plethora, has severe impacts on the people in Tibet with its high morbidity in plateau areas. Lung and blood disorder was the pathology of HAPC in Tibetan medicine. The representative treatment of Sanguo Tangsan(SGTS, or Three Fruit Soup) was effective in balancing lung and blood with a curative effect. However, the pharmacodynamics of SGTS remained to be clarified. In this article, mode study was performed through network pharmacology method. Network of relationships between main active components of SGTS and HAPC was constructed by Pub Med, OMIM and Cytoscape software. Therefore, main biological pathways and targets was screened out for elucidating effects of SGTS, regulations of lung and blood, and mechanisms of treatments for HAPC, in hoping of laying a fundamental for the research and development of Tibetan medicine.
