摘要
现报道1例因胫骨开放性骨折而使用单边多功能外固定螺钉治疗4周后,出现临床金属过敏表现的案例。患者既往有金属过敏病史。外固定螺钉材料为不锈钢。该患者的金属过敏症状表现为皮炎,最终由皮肤斑贴试验诊断为迟发性变态反应。患者通过口服和外用中药明显缓解了皮肤过敏症状,在外固定移除后完全恢复正常。
In this report, representative symptoms of metal allergy emerged at leg skin of a female patient with open tibia fraction four weeks after unilateral multifunctional external fixation surgery. This patient had been allergic to metal materials in the past. As her severe dermitis, the patient received dermal patch testing, and the metal allergen was identified as stainless steel. Then she was diagnosed with delayed-type hypersensitivity. Through external use and oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine, the allergic symptoms were relieved considerably. The patient made a full recovery after removing external fixation.
