中医情志的现代心理学探究

A Modern Psychological Exploration to the Understanding of Emotions in Traditional Chinese Medicine

美国心理学家墨菲认为世界心理学的故乡是中国。其中非常重要的原因就是中医的心理学思想。中医的心理学思想和中医情志密不可分。七情,即喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊7种情志变化;五志为怒、喜、思、悲、恐,合起来即为情志。本文试图通过现代心理学主流派别的情绪相关论点、基本情绪理论、神经生物学基础及情绪的相生相克3个方面对中医情志的概念、中医情志与基本情绪的关系、中医情志的生理基础及生克制化关系进行现代神经心理学阐释。通过对情志的神经体液机制分析,探讨中医情志生克关系的机制。

Gardner Murphy, a noted American psychologist, proposed that psychology was originated from China due to its core value in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）. Emotions in TCM, called Qingzhi, can be learned from the theories and main thoughts of psychology in TCM. Qing was referred to seven basic emotions including happiness, anger, worry, missing, sadness, fear and fright; while Zhi was referred to other five basic emotions including anger, happiness, missing, sadness and fear. In this review, the concept of Qingzhi, relationships between Qingzhi and basic emotions, the understanding of ＂promotion and restriction＂based on physiological mechanisms and modern neuropsychological theory were elucidated according to modern psychology, in order to investigate the neural and humoral mechanisms of promotion and restriction relationship in emotional activity of Qingzhi.
