摘要
知识管理是知识经济时代的一种全新的管理理念 ,其出发点是为了充分利用公司的知识智慧、创造能力以提高自己的竞争能力。信息管理是知识管理的基础 ,知识管理是信息管理的最新发展阶段 ,与信息管理相比 ,知识管理通过管理知识资源和人力资源使单位内部的知识资源加强交流 ,其目标是知识创新和知识共享。知识管理主管是公司内部负责知识管理的高级行政官员 ,其工作重点是确保公司的最重要的资产——知识发挥最大效益 。
KM is a kind of completely new philosophy of management in the knowledge economy age. Its purpose is to make full use of knowledge and creativity of a company to increase its competitive strength. IM is the basis of KM. and KM is the new development of IM . In contrast with IM,KM's goal is for knowledge innovations and knowledge sharing by means of managing knowledge resources and manpower resources to strengthen exchange of knowledge resources in a company. CKO is an advanced administrative manager in charge of KM in the company and his work is emphasized on ensuring the most important resources Knowledge, to be utilized at most. And the principal concern of CIO is placed on the development and utilization of technology and information.
