What I Have Gotten Is Not What I Want——Multi-dimensional Analysis on The Influence of The Differences between Career Success and The Career Success Evaluation on Happiness

摘要 本文围绕"主观职业成功"这一核心议题,从"职业成功观"的视角,探讨了职业成功与幸福感的关系。本文讨论了职业成功评价与职业成功观的关系,并进一步以幸福感为校标,探讨了职业成功评价与职业成功观的差异对员工幸福感的影响。围绕着该研究问题,本研究共提出了三个假设,并且设计相关的实证研究检验了这些假设。通过实证分析,本研究所提出的假设得到了验证,由此得到了一系列有意义的结论。第一,职业成功观与职业成功评价具有正相关关系。第二,职业成功观和幸福感是呈正相关关系的。第三,职业成功观与职业成功评价的差异对幸福感有负向的影响。最后,针对所得到的结论,本文讨论了其对理论和实践的启发,分析了本研究中存在的不足,并以此为基础对未来的相关研究进行了展望。 This paper focuses on "subjective career success" and explores the relationship between career success and happiness from a "career success value" view. More specifically, we with the sense of happiness as the calibration discussed the influence of the difference between career success value and the career success evaluation on employee' s happiness. Based on the research questions, this study proposed three hypotheses. By conducting an empirical study, the hypotheses were demonstrated, and a series of meaningful conclusions were obtained. First, there is a positive correlation between career success value and career success evaluation. Second, there is a positive correlation between career success evaluation and the sense of happiness. Third, the difference between subjective career success and career success evaluation has a negative influence on the sense of happiness. According to the obtained conclusion, this paper discussed its implications to theory and practice, limitation and future research direction.
