摘要
运用个人球形职业兴趣量表简版中国版(PGI-SC)对中国20个主要职业领域的2026名被试进行问卷测评,基于测评数据验证PGI-SC的实证效度,以及研究职业兴趣与职业承诺之间的关系。实证分析结果表明,PGI-SC的内容效度、结构效度和效标效度良好;不同职业领域的被试在各个职业兴趣类型上均有显著差异(p<0.05,p<0.01);职业承诺度高分组与低分组在不同职业兴趣类型上的得分均有显著差异(p<0.05,p<0.01)。也就是说不同职业领域的职业兴趣类型不同,10个职业兴趣类型和10个职业胜任力得分的代码组合能够区分不同职业领域。
In order to verify empirical validity of the Chinese version of the Personal Globe Inventory for Short (PGI-SC), and to explore the relationship between vocational interests and professional commitment degrees, 2026 individuals from 20 main professional fields participated in the Measurement of the Chinese version of the Personal Globe Inventory for Short (PGI-SC). The results show that: 1.Every vocational interest types of subjects have Significant difference with the vocational interest types of the ones from different professional fields ( p〈0.05, p〈0.01 ) . 2.The scores of every vocational interest types from the high score group of professional commitment degree are significantly different with the scores of vocational interest types from low score ones ( p〈0.05, p〈0.01 ) . That is to say, the content validity, structure validity and criterion validity of the Chinese version of the Personal Globe Inventory for Short (PGI-SC) are good and code combinations depend on the scores of 10 vocational interest types could distinguish different professional fields.
