中国2型糖尿病患者胰岛素剂量的荟萃分析

Meta-analysis of the insulin dosage in Chinese type 2 diabetic patients receiving insulin treatment

目的评价在中国T2DM患者中不同胰岛素治疗模式下的胰岛素剂量。方法采用STATA软件随机效应模型计算标准均值。结果 88个研究人选。长效胰岛素类似物联合餐时超短效胰岛素类似物的剂量为28.30 U/d,中效胰岛素联合短效胰岛素的剂量为42.16 U/d,中效胰岛素联合超短效胰岛素类似物的剂量为39.41 U/d。长效胰岛素类似物联合口服降糖药的剂量为18.33 U/d,中效胰岛素联合口服降糖药的胰岛素剂量为16.34 U/d。预混胰岛素类似物联合口服降糖药的胰岛素剂量为26.41 U/d,单独预混胰岛素类似物的剂量为36.14 U/d,预混人胰岛素联合口服降糖药的胰岛素剂量为29.91 U/d,单独预混人胰岛素的剂量为38.42 U/d。结论本研究全面地提供了中国T2DM患者在不同胰岛素治疗模式下胰岛素剂量的临床证据。

Objective To evaluate the insulin dosage in Chinese type 2 diabetes patients receiving various kinds of insulin treatment.Methods The STATA package was used for the statistical analysis with random-effect model in evaluating weighted mean.Results Totally 88 qualified studies were included.The daily dosage for long-acting insulin analog plus rapid insulin analog was 28.30 U,for NPH plus regular insulin was 42.16 U,for NPH plus rapid insulin analog was 39.41 U.Daily dosage for the long-acting insulin analog combined with oral agents was 18.33 U,for NPH insulin combined with oral agents was 16.34 U.Daily dosage for premixed insulin analog with oral agents was 26.41 U,for premixed insulin analog alone was 36.14 U,for premixed human insulin with oral agents was 29.91 U,for premixed human insulin alone was 38.42 U.Conclusion This meta-analysis provides comprehensive clinical evidence on the insulin dosage among different insulin regimens in Chinese type 2 diabetes patients.
