Career summary:Dr.Xing Li is Professor and President of Ningxis Normal University and Ph.D.adviser and Vice-president of Ningxia Univ..He has been also a Ph.D.adviser at Shanghai Jiaotong Univ.since 2001.He earned his Ph.D.in Mathematics at Free Univ.Berlin,Germany,1999(Adviser:Henrich Begehr).He was a DAAD K.C.-Wong visiting Professor of Free Univ.Berlin,Germany(1998.2-1999.7)and a visiting Professor supported by Royal Society
