摘要 NK细胞是过继免疫治疗(adoptive immunotherapy,AIT)肿瘤中的一种独特免疫效应细胞,具有短期内大量增殖、调节机体免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒、抗衰老等特点,受到普遍关注,临床应用也显示出巨大潜力和广阔前景。本文仅就国际上有关NK细胞抗肿瘤生物学机制、培养和扩增方法、免疫调节作用,以及NK细胞和其他临床肿瘤治疗方法的联合应用,特别是近几年抗肿瘤临床转化的研究现状和进展作一简要综述,并对目前国际上NK细胞治疗中存在的问题和对策进行了有益的探讨。
