某镁钙质低品位胶磷矿选矿除杂新工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对某难选镁钙质胶磷矿进行了双反浮选工艺研究,实验结果表明:硫磷混酸作为脱镁抑制剂要比单一使用硫酸或磷酸的效果好。选用SW-1作为脱镁捕收剂,SQ-1作为脱硅捕收剂,经双反浮选工艺可获得P2O5品位为28.22%,回收率为71.82%,MgO质量分数为1.34%的浮选精矿。 Tests were made on a double-reverse flotation process for the magnesium-calcareous collophanite difficult to be beneficiated. The results showed that the mixture of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid as depressant for magnesium removal was better than the single sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid in effect. The flotation concentrate with P2O5 grade of 28.22% , recovery 71.82% and MgO content 1. 34% was obtained in a double-reverse flotation process using SW-1 as collector for magnesium removal and SQ-1 as desilication collector
