摘要
以地沟油为原料,经改性得到一种高效反浮选捕收剂,将其应用于宜昌某胶磷矿(原矿P2O5品位27.65%,MgO品位1.46%)的浮选试验,并通过单因素试验得到了反浮选工艺的最佳药剂制度。通过闭路试验得到了精矿MgO品位仅为0.42%且P2O5品位32.05%,回收率98.66%的浮选指标,实现了胶磷矿与白云石的有效分离。
Flotation test on collophanite （P2 O5 grade of 27.65% and MgO content 1.46%in crude ore） from Yichang was conducted using an efficient modified reverse flotation collector with waste oil as raw material. The optimum flotation reagent regime for reverse flotation process was obtained in the single factor tests and the concentrate with MgO of 0. 42%, P2 O5 grade 32.05% and recovery of P2O5 98.66% was produced in a closed circuit test, achieving the effective separation of collophanite and dolomite.
