Research on processing quartz-type fluorite ore from Hunan

摘要 根据湖南某石英型萤石矿的矿石性质,选用碳酸钠为pH调整剂,水玻璃+糊精为组合抑制剂,油酸为捕收剂进行浮选试验研究,闭路流程粗选磨矿细度为-200目占42.52%,采用1次磨矿粗选—粗精矿再磨—7次精选—中矿顺序返回的工艺流程,可以获得品位96.45%、回收率79.71%的萤石精矿。 According to the properties of a quartz-type fluorite ore from Hunan, using sodium carbonate as pH adjusting agent, combination of sodium silicate and dextrin as depressant and oleate acid as collector, flotation tests were conducted in a closedcircuit with the roughing grinding fineness being -- 0. 074 mm 42.52%. The fluorite concentrate with grade of 96. 45% and recovery 79.71% could be produced in a closed-circuit process with one roughing-rough concentrate regrinding, seven cleanings, one scavenging and middlings recirculating.
