摘要
根据矿山实际情况利用三维有限元动态仿真模拟的方法对采场结构及推进方向等问题进行优化分析,结果表明该矿应该采用盘区间柱与点柱联合支撑顶板的方式开采,且盘区连续矿柱尺寸不小于3m,点柱尺寸不小于2.5m,采场跨度5~7m。此外沿走向方向的推进对整体开采影响较小,推进方向可以灵活布置;而垂直走向方向的推进,建议采用由中间向两端开采的推进方向作业。
The optimization analysis is made of stope structure, advance direction and other issues using the three-dimensional finite element dynamic analogue simulation based on the actual situations of the mine. The results show that the ore should he mined in the manner of the panel interval column and point column combined roof supporting and the panel continuous column size is not less than 3 m, size of the point column is not less than 2.5 m and the stope span is 5-7 m. Advancing in flexible direction along the strike has little effect on the overall mining process. Advancing in the vertical direction is suggested for the mine to conduct mining operation of advancing from middle toward both ends.
