摘要
通过一系列的工艺优化和设备调整,选矿车间利用原生硫铁矿稳定生产出高品质硫精矿,工业生产获得的指标为:硫精矿含硫大于48%,硫回收率大于88%,年生产高品质硫精矿37万t。与未改造前选矿厂的生产指标相比,改造后硫精矿品位提高两个百分点,尾矿品位降低约一个百分点,同时提高了原矿处理能力和选矿回收率,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Through a series of process optimization and equipment adjustment, the flotation workshop steadily produced the high quality sulfur concentrate using native pyrite with the obtained production indexes for the industrial production being sulfur concentrate of S above 48% ,recovery above 88% and production 370,000 tons of high quality sulfur concentrate a year. Compared with the production indexes for the original beneficiation process system, the application of new beneficiation process system showed that the sulfur concentrate grade was upgraded by 2 % and the tailings grade was decreased by about 1%, while the run of-mine ore processing capability and ore processing recovery rate were enhanced with the good economic and social benefits achieved.
