慢性心力衰竭患者交感神经激活的中枢机制及治疗进展 被引量:16

摘要 慢性心力衰竭(CHF)是各种心脏病的最终结局,是引起人类死亡的主要原因之一。研究表明交感神经活动增强是CHF发生发展的重要机制,过度激活的交感神经对心功能和心脏本身都产生不利影响,这是CHF心功能恶化的最主要原因之一(〔1〕)。CHF时交感神经过度激活的原因包括很多,例如外周压力感受器和化学感受器反射的活性增强以及控制交感神经冲动发放的外周化学介质的活性增强等。随着研究的不断深入,
