摘要
对9个种源102株野生山胡椒连续2年进行单株采集果实并测定相关性状。利用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数进行山胡椒居群各性状的多样性分析。运用主成分分析法、模糊隶属函数法与多维空间坐标向量综合评定值累加法3种评价方法对9个主要的种实性状进行分析,并以这3种评价法结果排序都位于前10名的标准,确定7棵野生山胡椒优良单株。通过综合评定筛选出来的优良单株在重要经济种实性状(果鲜质量、果干质量、果实含油率、种子质量)上现实增益为8.98%~65.88%,具有显著的优异性,可作为良种选育或快速扩繁的基础材料,并在生产中推广应用。
With 9 geographical provenances,we preliminarily screened out total 102 Lindera glauca trees and measured collected fruit traits of each individual for two consecutive years. We analyzed the fruit and seed traits of L. glauca in different geographical provenances by Shannon-Wiener diversity index,and analyzed 9 major fruit and seed traits by principal component analysis,subordinate-function-value method and multidimensional coordinate-synthetic-evaluation way. By the standard,we sorted the top 10 with the three evaluation methods,and selected 7 wild L. glauca trees as superior individuals.Selected superior individuals realized gain from 8.98% to 65.88% at major economic fruit-seed traits includimg hundredgrain weight of fresh fruits,hundred-grain weight of dried fruit,fruit oil content and thousand-seed weight. The selected superior individuals have outstanding fruit-seed traits based on results of the three methods,and can be used as material of breeding or rapid propagation and applied in production.
