氦氖激光穴位照射联合氯雷他定和雷公藤多甙片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of He-Ne laser acupoint irradiation combination with loratadine tablet for chronic urticaria

目的观察氦氖激光照射联合氯雷他定和雷公藤多甙片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照分组试验的方法，其中治疗组51例，对照组51例，两组均口服氯雷他定片和雷公藤多甙片，治疗组在此基础上加用氦氖激光．分别于第2周末、第4周末、3个月后判断疗效。结果第2周末，治疗组的有效率为64．71％，对照组的有效率为49．02％．两组比较差异无统计学意义（x2=2．94，P〉O．05），第4周末，治疗组的有效率为84．31％，对照组的有效率为64．71％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x2=5．48，P〈0．05）。治疗后3月，治疗组的复发率低于对照组，两组患者复发率比较差异有统计学意义（x2=11．51，P〈O．01），两组均未见明显不良反应。结论氦氖激光照射联合氯雷他定和雷公藤多甙片治疗慢性荨麻疹疗是一种疗效显著的治疗方案。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of He-Ne laser acupoint irradiation combined with loratadine tablet in treatment of chronic urticari- a. Methods One hundred and two patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into treatment group composed with fify one patients and control group with fifty one patients. The patients in both groups received loratadine tablet 10mg per time, once a day. The patients in treatment group were added He -Ne laser acupoint irradiation. The efficacy was evaluated after the treatment of two weeks,four weeks and three months. Results After two weeks＇s course, the total effectie rates in treatment group and control group were 65.85% and 51.22% seperately, and the had no obvious difference （X2 = 2.94, P〉 0.05 ）. Four weeks later, the total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 87.80% and 70.73% , and they had significant ditference（x2 = 5.48 ,P〈0.05 ）. After 3 months of treatment, the relapse rate between the two groups were statistically significant（X2 =5.48 ,P〈0.05 ）. Both groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion He-Ne laser acupoint irradiation combined with loratadinc tablet treatment had significant clinical efficacy in patients with chronic urticaria.
