马尔尼菲青霉病的临床与免疫学研究进展

Progresses on clinical and immunological research of penicillium marneffei(Review)

随着HIV感染率的升高,马尔尼菲青霉病发病率呈逐年上升趋势,目前,AIDS患者的马尔尼菲青霉机会性感染已成为判断HIV感染的临床征象,其较高的致死率值得医务工作者和防艾工作者们关注。笔者主要从马尔尼菲青霉菌的生物学特点、临床诊断、和免疫学方面的进行扼要阐述,同时介绍相关的研究进展。

With the increase of HIV infection, the incidence rate of penicillium marneffei shows an upward trend. At present, opportunistic infection of penicillium marneffei in AIDS patients has become a clinical symptom to judge whether a person have infected by HIV. Medical workers and AIDS prevention volunteers need pay more attention to the serious fatality rate of AIDS. In this paper, biologic characteristics, clinical diagnosis and immunological aspects of penicillium mameffei was reviewed, and recent researching progresses was introduced.
