阴部硬化萎缩性苔癣1例
摘要
患者女，11岁。面、耳后、背部及双手背出现点状萎缩性瓷白色斑点2月余。2月余前，患者发现背部散在点状萎缩性白斑，触之质韧，境界清楚，不融合，对称分布，无自觉症状，皮损逐渐累及颜面部、耳后及双手背。遂至当地医院就诊，治疗效果欠佳（具体诊疗经过不详），为求进一步诊治至我科就诊。
