摘要 环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)是由Notomi等建立的一种核酸扩增技术。该方法最大的优点是能够在63-65℃的等温条件下扩增特定DNA序列,并在30-60 min内观察到结果。LAMP已经成功用于许多病毒的检测,本文主要概述了LAMP技术原理及发展现状。 Loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) is an amplification method developed by Notomi et al and has been applied successfully for the detection of many viruses,with advantages of amplifying specific DNA under 63~65℃,observing results within an hour. LAMP technology principle and its development status were introduced in this paper.
