摘要
CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道的特点是预制轨道板纵向连续铺设,温度升高或降低时轨道结构承受压力或拉力。本文基于现场纵连轨道板解锁工况,假定精轧螺纹钢筋与轨道板混凝土部分粘结,对解锁断面钢筋轴力均匀性、轴力传递长度及轨道板位移开展现场测试,研究CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道纵连解锁轨道板受力特征。研究结果表明,轨道板纵连解锁时,须考虑钢筋受力不均、单根钢筋受力过大带来的安全隐患,同时应重点关注解锁断面前后共4块轨道板的受力。
The characteristic of CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track is that its prefabricated track slabs are laid longitudinally and continuously,and track structure bears the pressure and tension with the temperature increasing and reducing.Based on the field disconnected condition of longitudinal connected track slab and the partial bond between the finished screw-thread steel bar and the track slab concrete,axial force uniformity of the steel bar on disconnected section,the axial force transfer length and track slab displacement were studied and mechanics characteristic of longitudinal disconnected track slab in CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track was concluded.The results showed that when the longitudinal disconnected track slab was implemented,the security risks brought by uneven stress of steel bar and excessive force of single steel bar should be considered and the stress of total 4 track slabs before and after disconnected section should be given more attentions.
