摘要
研制了一种钢轨平直度测量仪,该设备采用高精度的电涡流位移传感器,可测量钢轨顶面和工作面的不平顺性,并可通过数据拟合得到长达2 m的钢轨的平顺度,为线路养护维修提供可靠的数据支撑。本文介绍该设备的测量原理、技术指标和软硬件设计。
The paper studied and developed a rail straightness measuring instrument,which applied high precision eddy current displacement sensor to detect any irregularity at rail top or at any working face.It could obtain the smoothness of 2 m rails by data fitting.The instrument provides valuable data to the task of track maintenance and repair.The paper provided the measuring principle,the technical indicators and the software/hardware design.
